Royal British Legion Cycle London to Paris September 2024

HAVE NOW COMPLETED THE 300 mile cycle ride for the Royal British Legion from London to Paris. Which was a challenge to say the least, what with torrential rain, strong winds and some sunshine,  but with grim determination I completed it.

3 years ago I had a heart attack whilst riding my bike! Which ended up, me having to have triple heart bypass, so this will be a massive challenge for me.

The RBL helped me in relation to an injury I received whilst serving in the Royal Navy. Without their help and support, I wouldn't have had a positive result

I've signed up to take part in Pedal to Paris. By taking part in this challenge I'll be raising funds to support the Royal British Legion. Their Poppy Appeal was founded to help those in need following a national crisis. Right now they are helping those who are isolated from family, facing homelessness, struggling to feed their children and are in financial crisis. They are working tirelessly to ensure that those who have served are being looked after no matter what challenges they, and the country faces. Your donation will mean they can continue to provide the life-changing support that our Armed Forces community needs and deserves. Thank You.
